Scott Cook with opening act Chris Honeman at The Listening Booth
A Canadian-American songwriter chooses connection in a time of division. Dual Canadian-American citizen, Scott Cook has spent the last 18 years of his life touring around the world but holds a particularly strong affinity for cross-border relations. He believes that showing up, sharing songs and listening to one another matters more than ever and is determined to keep bringing the songs that bring people together in intimate, listening room venues. He's returning to The Listening Booth as part of his tour through the States with his new album, Troubadourly Yours. With it, Cook brings more than two decades of road-tested songwriting with songs that have won top honours in the UK Songwriting Competition and the Great American Song Contest, including the Grand Prize for “There Is a River” in 2026. A three-time Canadian Folk Music Award nominee, Scott writes the kind of thoughtful, deeply human songs that invite people to look for and keep building on, common ground. On November 8, Scott brings his warm, thoughtful songwriting to The Listening Booth in Lewes, Delaware, alongside Maryland's Chris Honeman who will open the night. Come out for a unique, listening room experience of stories, songs and common ground.
