Our Fall semester is underway, but there are still some classes left!
Coming Home: Grounding Yoga & Meditation in the Gallery
November 13th from 9:30 - 10:30 AM
Ages 18+
A guided meditation and yoga sequence surrounded by artwork in the NAA gallery. This month, our focus will be on gentle and grounding movement, as we reflect on the foundations of ourselves and our poses.
The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class.
