Creative Caregivers Workshop
Our Fall semester is underway, but there are still some classes left!
Creative Caregivers - November
November 14th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM
Led by Pamela Draper
Ages 18+
Caregiving asks a lot of you! This welcoming, drop-in space is designed to help you refill your cup using the creative arts. Join other caregivers—people who work in the caring professions, family members of people with complex needs, etc.—for time to express, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Each session offers gentle creative practices, meaningful connection, and realistic approaches to self-care.
Members $22, Non-members $24
The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class.
