Rio
From the creators of Ice Age, Rio is a Blue Sky Studios computer-animated film about Blu, a domesticated Spix's Macaw who travels to Rio de Janeiro to mate with the last known female of his species, Jewel. Directed by Carlos Saldanha, it follows their adventure to escape bird smugglers and learn to fly. The film is inspired by the real-world story of a macaw named Elvis.
