In this three-hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of metal embossing while creating an elegant two-tone sun face wall hanging approximately 8 inches in diameter.

Using gold-tone metal sheets and aluminum recycled from inexpensive roasting pans, you'll discover how simple embossing techniques can produce rich textures, dimensional details, and beautiful metallic effects. Choose from a wide selection of sun-face patterns provided by the instructor, or bring your own design for a more personalized creation.

All materials and tools are provided. Colored mounting papers will be available for those who wish to mat their finished piece, ready for framing or display.

You'll leave with a unique handcrafted artwork and the skills to continue exploring metal embossing at home.
