The Granary's Amenity Groundbreaking

You’re invited to attend the groundbreaking celebration for the Phase One amenities at The Granary, a 451-acre planned community in Milton, Delaware. Designed as an everyday neighborhood anchor, The Granary’s Phase One amenities will include a covered pavilion, an 800-square-foot pool, and a mail center, all surrounded by landscape and garden areas. 

The event will also be a canned food drive and fundraiser for the Milton Food Pantry, and attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods for donation. All proceeds from pumpkin patch sales—in addition to a separate donation from Convergence—will also be donated to the Milton Food Pantry.

 The Granary Fall Amenity Groundbreaking will include:

• Food and drinks

• Yard games

• Fire pit with s’mores

• Canned food drive

• A pumpkin patch

• Three model homes for touring (two models by DRB Homes and one model by D.R. Horton)

Come celebrate the start of Fall with the developer and homebuilders involved in The Granary, get an up-close look at Phase One of the neighborhood, and learn about what makes the community special.
