West Side Creative Hub
The Creative Hub is a newly established creative space located on Union Street in Wilmington’s West Side. Developed in partnership with West Side Grows Together (WSGT), the Hub serves as a gathering place where artists, residents, and community partners can meet, create, and share ideas about the future of the neighborhood.
This opening exhibition introduces the space and features a small selection of works by artists connected to the West Side community. The artwork reflects themes that have shaped recent neighborhood initiatives—including connection, community care, public space, and the creative energy that continues to grow across the corridor.
Through public art projects, neighborhood events, and collaborative planning, WSGT has worked with artists and residents to strengthen the cultural life of the West Side. The pieces on view in this exhibition reflect that spirit of collaboration and highlight how artists contribute to the ongoing story of the neighborhood.
Visitors are invited to explore the new space, meet artists and organizers, and learn more about how the Creative Hub will support future exhibitions, workshops, and community-based programming on the West Side.
