Black and White Film Photography
Students will learn to shoot, develop, and print their own black-and-white film photographs in the darkroom. They will explore personal style through artist studies and discussions of composition, exposure, and other creative principles. Optional weekly prompts will deepen their practice.
A $20 fee (for chemicals only) is due to the instructor on the first day. Students must supply their own film, paper, and a working film camera. Basic camera instruction will be provided as needed. Please bring a completed roll of black-and-white film-preferably Ilford HP5 400-and your camera on the first day. Ages 18+
Presented by New Castle County Art Studio.
