The Caribbean Film Awards is an annual celebration dedicated to recognizing and honoring excellence in Caribbean filmmaking, storytelling, and creative achievement. The awards shine a spotlight on the outstanding work of filmmakers, actors, directors, writers, producers, composers, and creatives whose contributions elevate Caribbean cinema and preserve the rich cultures, histories, and voices of the Caribbean and its diaspora.

Founded by Lexi Whilby and produced by Caribbean Film Awards, LLC, the awards were created to provide a prestigious platform where Caribbean stories are celebrated on an international stage while fostering collaboration, visibility, and opportunity throughout the film industry.

Held each October in Wilmington, Delaware, the Caribbean Film Awards brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, business leaders, elected officials, media, and supporters from across the Caribbean and around the world for an unforgettable evening of red-carpet elegance, recognition, and cultural celebration.
