Semiquincentennial – Delaware Poet’s Almanac
Commemorating the USA’s 250th anniversary and our state’s literary tradition, Poet in Residence, David P. Kozinski and his guest, Delaware Poets Almanac creator Torrey Francis Malek, will read and discuss great American poems, along with some of their own. Student guest poet, Nora Xu, will read from her work.
Kozinski will read and discuss poems by Anne Bradstreet, Gwendolyn Brooks, Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, and Walt Whitman, along with a couple of his own.
