Basics of Hand Embroidery Series

Introduction to hand embroidery class series.

Basics of Hand Embroidery will teach you all necessary beginner stitches and techniques to allow you to start creating using a needle and thread in a meaningful and purposeful manner.

The series will be broken down into 3 classes. The first two classes will introduce you to hand embroidery line techniques and flower design. You will learn to create with needle and thread to allow you to create almost any design you can imagine. The last class will put all the techniques you have learned into motion in a wearable art piece of your choice.

Dates: September 24, October 1, and October 8

Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Ages: 16+

Instructor: Harlee Light

Cost: $75 (includes all three weeks)
