We the People: The Talk-tails Lecture Series
Artists featured in the exhibition We the People… describe how they developed their unique artworks and installation from the significant inspirations of Rockwood’s history and the Centennial celebration. The artist’s favorite signature cocktail will be available for sale. Each Talk-tail is customized to the speaker and may be a variety of formal lecture, informal conversation, Q&A, or touring We the People….
• May 15 @ 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Shefon N. Taylor @shefontaylor, doors open at 6 p.m.
• May 30 @ 4:30-5:30 p.m. - Yikui (Coy) Gu @yikuigu, doors open at 4 p.m.
• June 5 @ 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. - Lauren E. Peters @lauren.e.peters, doors open at 6 p.m.
• August 13 @6:30-7:30 p.m. - Mickayel Thurin @mickathurin, doors open at 6 p.m.
