Jessica Barber’s 2026 exhibit, Retrospective/20, celebrates two decades of visual creation in the Philadelphia-Wilmington metro region. From hand-pulled original prints and cyanotypes, to mixed media works on paper and panel, Barber presents a diversity of her favorite fine art works. 



About the Artist:

Jessica Barber is a mixed media artist and printmaker originally from South Central PA, but now residing on the PA/DE border. Her intuitive approach to the creative process includes the use of printmaking, pastels, mixed media painting, and cyanotypes in both representational and abstract styles.





For many years, Barber has had a heightened interest in the natural world, fueled by hiking throughout our Mid-Atlantic region, South Florida, and the American West. This interest was further enhanced through volunteering and work-related activities spent at local nature preserves, presenting her with more opportunities to gain awareness and share knowledge of the natural history and preservation of their diverse ecosystems. The exposure to and enjoyment of the pristine beauty of open space and its inherent contrast to gritty, ephemerally abandoned industrial areas being reclaimed by the elements has fueled her body of work.
