Newark Independent Film Festival
This August, come celebrate some of the best independent filmmakers from around the globe at Chapel Street Players in Newark, DE. Tired of the same ole, same ole from studio films? Predictable plots? Same movie stars? The Newark Independent Film Festival is a celebration of some of the strongest independent voices in cinema. Come see short films from as far as Pakistan and as close as Newark, Delaware. August 13th, 14th and 15th our event will be held at the Chapel Street Players Theatre located at 643 Creek View Rd Newark, DE 19711. Prepare to be taken on a roller coaster of emotions through eclectic motion picture storytelling. All blocks of short films will carry numerous genres from Drama to Horror to Comedy to Arthouse. So be prepared! Some of these films handle difficult topics, carry trigger warnings and are not rated by the MPAA so viewer discretion is advised. Looking forward to seeing you all this August!
